Evan Martin
President

Evan became a member of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® when he began his real estate career in November/2013 with Jenel McGrath REALTORS®.  He is now a Top Producer at RE/MAX Signature Properties in Sherman. When he isn’t busy searching for that perfect home for his clients, he is, without a doubt, volunteering for organizations that hold a special place in his heart. In his free time, Evan enjoys spending time with his family and pets, traveling and playing in his garden. Evan is a Grayson County native and loves his community; his broad assortment of accomplishments in 5 short years speak volumes for his strong work ethic and his commitment to serve.

Lisa Hitchcock
President-Elect

Lisa grew up in Sadler, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M Commerce with a B.S. and M.S. of Science. She has owned several gyms over the course of her adult life, which led to her Real Estate career. She will never forget: "I remember the day a Realtor approached me with the opportunity to become a REALTOR®. After 20 years of selling gym memberships, and helping people reach their health goals, I decided to make a pretty big life change and I joined the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® as a new REALTOR®." She is now helping people reach their HOME goals!

In 2012, Lisa was recognized with the Rookie of the Year award, and was also appointed to the prestigious GTAR board of directors. She is currently in her 6th year of working in real estate. Lisa shares, "... and I can truly say I love helping people find exactly what they are looking for in a dream home. We may have a few healthy conversations along the way though, if you’d like."

Lisa is deeply inspired by Lake Texoma. She loves everything about the region that surrounds the beautiful lake she calls "Home."

Robin Mata
Secretary

With over 15 years of experience, Robin Mata displays integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. She has worked many aspects of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors, and banks, in both the residential and commercial market. Robin holds a Texas Brokers license and has completed her CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification.

Robin and her husband have called Sherman home for over 20 years, they believe Texoma is a wonderful place to raise their twin daughters. The people, seasons, culture and outdoor activities make Texoma a great place to live.

Her approach to real estate is this “It’s about serving the client and their best interest, not the agent.” She knows what it means to communicate and what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.

Sarah Ritchey
Treasurer

Sarah has been a REALTOR® since 1999. During this time she has represented buyers and sellers in many successful transactions.
She recently served on the Board of Directors of the Collinsville Area Chamber of Commerce in Collinsville, Texas where she served as the Secretary and Membership Director.  
She has called her community home since the late 70's and feels it is a top priority.
Sarah was featured in the D Magazine July 2015 and July 2016 publications as a Best Real Estate Agent.

David Norman

David Norman's passion is land brokerage.  He has a deep history in the agricultural industry giving him invaluable skills to assist the clients he represents in all their land brokerage needs.  As Broker/Owner of David Norman Realty Advisors, he was raised the fifth generation working on the 12,000 acre family farming and ranching operation covering three counties in north Texas, which is currently managed by his son, Tyler Norman. 

He founded David Norman Realty Advisors with the goal of it becoming the premiere and most qualified land brokerage company offering expert services in every aspect of transacting farm, ranch, and recreational properties for both buyers and sellers.  While other general real estate offices sell themselves as "experts" in land brokerage, David's extensive experience and proven success record allows him to provide the most comprehensive and thorough services to all of his clients.  He has represented many satisfied customers for over 30 years including high net-worth clients with 1031 Tax Free Exchanges, those selling and buying multi-million dollar properties, and many young farmers and ranchers buying their very first tracts of land. 

David graduated from Texas A&M--Commerce with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Agricultural Finance.  He is very proud he represented his alma mater in the recent acquisition of the farm land in Hunt County for The Texas A&M--Commerce Agricultural Research Facility benefiting all farmers and ranchers throughout Texas. 

He is President of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS® and member of North Texas Real Estate Information Systems MLS in Texas, member of the Texoma Board of REALTORS® and the Greater Tulsa Association of REALTORS® Multi-Listing Service in Oklahoma, a representative on the Texas Association of REALTOR® Land Use Committee, member of The REALTORS® Land Institute, and holds the designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert.  He and his wife Peggy live in Leonard, Texas and are very active in the community and their church.  They have two children, Tyler and Alison Watson, and grandson Gavin Watson.
