Marie began her career in residential real estate in 1996 in Grayson County after managing commercial real estate offices in Dallas for many years. Marie and her husband had a weekend home in Pottsboro before making the move to full time residents of Tanglewood Resort. Her motto “Live Where You Play, I Do!” provides a unique sales perspective to the resort minded or second home purchaser. Marie has been a consistent sales volume leader in Grayson County and has received numerous sales awards. In 1999 she was named “Associate of the Year” and in 2015 "REALTOR® of the Year" by the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS®. Today she serves on the board of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS, is on the TREPAC Committee, and also serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Texas Association of REALTORS®. She volunteers with the Home Hospice of Grayson County Golf Tournament as well as other charitable events. Marie has extensive knowledge of the area and is very active in her community.
Jenel is Broker/Owner of Jenel McGrath, REALTORS in Sherman. She specializes in residential property lstgs and sales, with a sub-specialty in foreclosure lstgs. She has earned designations for Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate, REALTOR’S Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation. Jenel is certified as Short Sale Foreclosure Resource (SFR) through the National Assoc of REALTORS®. Jenel moved to Sherman, with her family in July 1983. She has been associated with the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS since Oct. 1983, serving in numerous positions of Director, Treasurer, President–Elect, President, Ex-Officio, MLS Chair, Education Chair, Public Relations Chair, Strategic Planning Committee & TREPAC Chair. Jenel was awarded ‘REALTOR Associate of the Year’ in 1988, ‘REALTOR of the Year’ in 2003, Distinguished Leadership Award in 2009, Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013. Jenel will serve as TAR Regional Vice President for 2015-2019 term.
The farming and ranching industry has always been a part of the life of David Norman. He was born and raised on a fifth generation farming operation in Grayson County, Texas, that is still in operation. David graduated from Texas A&M University in Commerce, Texas with a Major in Business Administration and a Minor in Agricultural Economics.
David is currently a member of (or affiliated with) Realtors Land Institute, National Association of REALTORS, Texas Association of REALTORS, Oklahoma Association of Realtors, Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS (Texas), Texoma Board of Realtors (Oklahoma), Leonard Chamber of Commerce, Leonard Volunteer Fire Department, and Hope of Glory Church. Some of his past memberships or affiliations include: Director for Greater Association of Realtors, MLS Committee Chair for NTREIS, and serving on the Leonard ISD School Board of Trustees for 9 years.
David and Peggy Norman have been married 27 years and have two children; Alison Watson of Melissa, Texas, and Tyler, an assistant manager with the family farming operation. They also have a grandson, Gavin Watson.

Ben Vincent is a broker licensed with the Texas Real Estate Commission and has over eight years experience in the North Texas real estate market. Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, in 1985. He entered the real estate market as an agent in 2005, and earned his broker's license in 2008. Through a seller's market, to a buyer's market, and again to a seller's market, Ben has the experience to help make your real estate dreams come true. He has worked with buyers, sellers and investors helping them to make sound real estate decisions. As a top producer for Keller Williams, Ben served on the Agent Leadership Committee for four years. Ben is a recent graduate of the prestigious Texas Realtor Leadership Program, an intense nine month program of personal and professional growth. Ben was recognized as Tom Bean's citizen of the year in 1998, served four terms as City Councilman and currently Mayor Pro-tem for Tom Bean. He is currently on the Board of Directors with the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors, and is on the Education and Community Service Committee. He is an active volunteer with the Sherman Community Players, and acted as Musical Director for their Fall 2011 production of "Ring of Fire, the Music of Johnny Cash". In his spare time, Ben enjoys time with his wife of 26 years, Nancy, daughters, Kalli and Sara, and grandsons, Ryan, Jacob and Cruz. Ben is also active in music, serving as guitarist for the First United Methodist Church of Howe, and from time to time tours with such great artists as the Rankin Brothers from Branson, MO.
