Barbara Larsen
President
Barbara began her career with a small independent company in West Grayson County in 1998, specializing in farm and ranch properties. She has served on the Board of Directors in one form or another since 1984. In the past, she served as the MLS Chair and as a MLS User Committee appointee. Barbara has been a resident of Grayson County since 1986 after leaving the Oil industry in Midland, worked for 10 years in various capacities at Austin College before pursuing a career in Real Estate. She has been married to her husband, Kevin, for 30 years and has one son, Jeremy. They reside in Western Grayson County enjoying the simple life. Barbara is the Office Manger for Virginia Cook, Realtors, Sherman office.

Stacey Olmstead
President Elect
Stacey received her real estate license in 2000 and joined Virginia Cook REALTORS® in 2009. She has been an active member for the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors since 2000. In 2004 she was appointed, and subsequently elected, to the Board of Directors where she served for three years. Since then, she was elected as Treasurer and Secretary of the Association. In addition, she is also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Texas Association of Realtors. Stacey resides in Sherman with her husband, Andrew and her two daughters, Michal and Brett.

Ken Taylor
Secretary
Ken has been an agent with Virginia Cook, REALTORS® for 4 ½ years. He earned his GRI designation in 2008 and is currently serving on the community service and education committees. He was elected to the GTAR Board in 2009 as a director and in 2010 as the secretary. Ken was selected the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year’ in 2008. Kens roots are from the Tom Bean area. He and his wife Bobbi have two children and four grandchildren. After working at Fisher Controls for 18 years, Ken worked in the International Exchange Industry for 9 years as a director for Youth For Understanding International Exchange and AFS Intercultural Programs. He and his family have hosted 20 international exchange students.
Jeff Kinkade
Treasurer
Jeff received his real estate license in 2004 and joined Coldwell Banker FMI Realty in 2006. He has served on the GTAR MLS Committee since 2006 and was elected to the GTAR Board of Directors to serve in 2008-2009. He holds a Bachelor's degree from East Texas State University with a major in Business Administration. He has been awarded as an International Diamond Society Award Recipient by Coldwell Banker for the past three years. Jeff and his wife Amber reside in Bells along with their children, Caleb, Ethan, Jaxon, and Anna.

Jenel McGrath

Jenel is Broker/Owner of Jenel McGrath, REALTORS in Sherman. She has earned designations for Accredited Buyer Agent (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate, REALTOR’S Institute (GRI). Jenel is currently studying to earn the Certified Residential Broker (CRB) designation. Jenel moved to Sherman, with her family in July 1983. She has been associated with the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS since Oct. 1983, serving in numerous positions of Director, Treasurer, MLS Chair, Education Chair, Public Relations Chair, & Strategic Planning Committee. Jenel was awarded ‘REALTOR Associate of the Year’ in 1988 and ‘REALTOR of the Year’ in 2003. Jenel is proud to have served as the 2009 President of the Greater Texoma Association of REALTORS.
