B.J. Kirkpatrick
2007 President		 B.J. is a Broker Associate with Virginia Cook, Realtors where she is a Branch Manager and Education Director. She has been associated with the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors since 1992 and has served in various capacities. She was awarded the Affiliate of the Year award in 1997 and the Distinguished Service Award in 2002. She holds the Certified Financial Specialist Designation.
   

Larry Millson
2007 Pres Elect		 Larry is a Broker/Owner with Century 21 Hometown Realty. He entered the real estate business in 1979 as a partner with his father Richard Millson in Collinsville, TX. He purchased his first Century 21 franchise in 1998 and has grown to 3 offices to date. He has served as President of Cooke County Board of REALTORS, director of Cooke and Greater Texoma Association of
REALTORS. Larry holds a GRI designation and has received
the REALTOR of the Year award in 2004.
   

Jim Andrews
2007 Secretary		 Jim is a Realtor with Century 21 Dean Gilbert Realtors in Sherman, TX. He has been associated with Greater Texoma since 2001. He has served two terms as the Chair of the Building and Grounds committee, was Rookie of the Year and has been a million dollar seller. He started his career with the City of
Sherman serving in many capacities and was appointed the City manager in 1993 and served in that capacity until he retired in Jim Andrews 2001.
   

Barbara Larsen
2007 Treasurer		 Barbara is a Realtor with Virginia Cook, Realtors where she is the Office Manager for the Sherman Office.  She has been associated with the Greater Texoma Association of Realtors since 1998. Barbara has served on the Board of Directors, chaired the MLS  Committee and was a member of the NTREIS user committee when the current NTREIS MLS system was written and developed.   She holds the Certified Financial Specialist Designation.
   

Sherry Smith
Ex-Officio President		 Sherry is a Realtor for Ebby Halliday Realtors® in Sherman, TX. She has been associated with Greater Texoma Association of Realtors® since 1998 and has served in various capacities. She has been honored with several awards: 1999 GTAR Rookie of the Year; 2001 Sherman Office VIP/Customer Service Award; 2001 GTAR President’s Award; 2001 GTAR Realtor Associate
of the Year; 2002 GTAR Devoted Service Award; and Ebby Halliday Realtors’ Star Plateau Achiever.
